- We expressly advise against the use of waxes, oily detergents and impregnating products. PORCELAIN STONEWARE is a totally natural product which does not require any specific surface treatment. In the case of particular and/or particularly stubborn stains, we recommend the use of specific detergents: it is crucial to test products on a tile sample before using the selected product, especially in the case of porcelain stoneware which has been Lapped or Polished. Any responsibility is declined for damage caused by cleaning treatments which do not comply with the indications given above
