- Structured LimeStucco is a decorative stucco made with air lime, natural minerals, and pigments, enriched with a coarse aggregate of up to 700 microns. Its rustic texture and hand-applied application with a trowel or spatula allow for the creation of vibrant surfaces with mineral nuances and a unique, timeless aesthetic. This manual provides key instructions to ensure a correct, durable, and aesthetically pleasing installation. SURFACE PREPARATION: Preliminary inspection: Verify that the substrate is clean, dry, stable and free of dust, grease, salts, plastic paints, cement residue, loose or disintegrated materials Repairs: Repair cracks, voids or chipping with compatible mortar or putty, respecting the drying times before applying the coating. Primer (if applicable): On substrates of different nature (e.g., combinations of plaster and wood) or irregular absorptions, it is recommended to apply a LimePrimer to even out absorptions. APPLICATION OF STRUCTURED LIMESTUCCO: Product preparation: Open the container and stir slowly at low speed until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Do not add water or other additives. The product is ready to use. First layer: Apply with a spatula or trowel in a thin layer (1 mm maximum). Spread evenly over the entire surface. Intermediate drying: Leave the first layer to dry for 24 hours under normal conditions (+23 °C, 65% RH). Second coat: Apply another thin coat using a spatula or trowel. This coat will determine the final finish. The more pressure applied, the smoother the surface. Less pressure will result in a more pronounced texture. Allow to dry for at least an additional 24 hours. WET AREAS (BATHROOMS, KITCHENS): Rough finishes are not recommended for surfaces in contact with water, as they are more porous. Therefore, if you wish to apply Structured LimeStucco in damp areas, it is essential to work it until you obtain the smoothest possible finish, minimizing surface absorption. To guarantee its protection and durability, it is recommended to apply two sealing coats, always respecting the drying times between them. Water and oil repellent : Protects the surface by preventing the absorption of water, oils and grease, without altering its appearance. Beeswax (optional): Reinforces the coating's resistance to impacts, scratches, and external agents, ensuring a more durable and functional finish
