In Konstanz, motan by LEIK transforms a former industrial hall into a contemporary workspace shaped by heritage and human-centred design. Defined by five-metre-high ceilings, exposed steel structures, and a strong architectural identity, the project balances openness with structure, creating an environment that supports both collaboration and focus.
