May be applied on new and old plasters based on hydraulic binders. Old paints and wall coatings that are mineral in nature, dry, compact, absorbent and cohesive. Mineral conglomerates of various kinds, as long as they are absorbent. Surfaces should be adequately prepared by following the instructions given in the paragraph 'PREPARING THE SURFACE'. Do not apply on freshly painted surfaces. Given its predominantly mineral nature, it is not recommended to apply MARMO ANTICO on old synthetic paints (washable quartz emulsion paints and plastic wall coatings). It is not recommended for use on outdoor concrete surfaces since, due to its high permeability, the product has no protective powers against the aggression of carbon dioxides, the leading cause of concrete degradation
