Construction: Coiled wire fabric is manufactured through an innovative weaving process that interlocks individual strands of metal wire together through a spiral weave pattern to create a flexible metal fabric panel. Panels are then powder-coated, lacquered, or left untreated to meet desired specifications and performance requirements. Part of a fully-engineered solution suitable for a wide range of custom architectural metal mesh applications, the material is mounted and installed in the built environment using pre-engineered attachment hardware that varies by application
Content: ASTM B36 260 Brass Alloy (70% Copper, 30% Zinc) that is denoted as Half Hard. Anti-magnetic, anti-spark properties and a moderate tensile strength make it a unique material for special applications. Conforms to ASTM standards
Finish: Clear Acrylic Lacquer is applied to retain a beautiful natural golden color. With a relatively high corrosion-resistance in its natural state, Solid Brass Fabricoil can be left untreated, if desired, to allow for oxidation over time
