- Ordinary dirt and stains can be removed with mild soap and water. Rince the cleaned area with clean water and dry with a lint free cloth. For food and oil stains wipe the affected area with a soft cloth or soft bristle brush using a non-abrasive cleaner like Formula 409 or Fantastik. Rise with fresh water and wipe dry. A 10:1 solution of bleach and water can be used to disinfect. A 7:1 solution of isopropyl alcohol and water can be used for difficult stainS - It is important to rise thoroughly rinse the area with fresh water
