- <ul> <li> There are three standard groove spacing options: 5/16 in (8 mm), 5/8 in (16 mm), and 1 1/4 in (32 mm). Custom groove spacing is also available. MCM Acoustical Grooved panels have a monolithic appearance because the regular grooving obscures the panel reveals</li> <li>MCM Acoustical’s leading production capabilities make the largest panels in the industry: 5 ft x 10 ft (1.5 m x 3 m). The panels are fully engineered according to approved shop drawings with no field cutting for faster installation</li> <li>When MCM Acoustical’s dark core is used, the core perforations are not visible from the front of the panel. Dark core only available in 8 ft length (2.4 m)</li> <li> The rear of the panel is pre-engineered to allow the panels to be mounted to the wall or ceiling. An acoustical fleece is factory-applied to the back of the panel for noise absorption and to reduce any reading through of material behind the panel</li> <li>Panels can be edgebanded with matching veneer to ensure a finished appearance</li> </ul>

- Like any other architectural natural wood products, all MCM Acoustical products are to be acclimatized inside a controlled interior environment for at least 75 hours before installation. During storage prior to installation, during installation, and after installation the relative humidity level of 35% - 55% and temperature range of 20°-27°C (68°-81°F) must be maintained
