- Adhesive Application: Apply a suitable adhesive evenly on the substrate and the back of the tile using a notched trowel. Ensure full coverage to prevent voids that can weaken the tile's adherence. Place the tile onto the adhesive, using spacers to maintain consistent grout lines. Press firmly to ensure a strong bond and use a level to make adjustments to ensure an even surface. Apply the sanded grout according to the manufacturer's instructions, filling the spaces between the tiles. We recommend one more coat of Desert Brand, Master Seal WB, low sheen, for the pre-sealed and antique tiles from the Medici collection. The unfinished terracotta from the Medici collection will require 2 coats before installation and one coat after installation

- Regular Cleaning: Keep your terracotta tiles clean by sweeping regularly to remove dirt and debris. We recommend a mild detergent, a non abrasive, non acidic cleaner, and a soft mop for deep cleaning. To maintain a beautiful floor, clean up spills immediately to prevent staining. Re-Sealing: Depending on the level of foot traffic and wear, your terracotta tiles may need to be re-sealed periodically. Consult the sealer manufacturer's guidelines for the recommendations
