Do not use acid, alkaline, and solvent-based cleaners to avoid damage or discoloration to the tiles. Do not allow soap, bleach or other cleaning solutions set on the surface. Do not wax any part of your tiles. Do not let stains sit on your tile surface for extended periods. Please wipe up stains promptly and clean your tiles accordingly
