- Dry Layout Required. Product MUST be installed in accordance with current TCNA Handbook Tile Methods. Dry laying of this product prior to installation is recommended. Per TCNA Guidelines, Running Bond/Brick Joint Patterns to be set with a Max. Offset of 33% and Min. Grout Joint of 1/8", unless otherwise Approved by Owner/Decision Maker. Porcelains that might hold dirt or debris must be cleaned with an appropriate pH neutral tile cleaner diluted with water. Scrub vigorously and rinse thoroughly. Consider this during the selection process. Use proper troweling techniques. Directional troweling and back-buttering Large Format Tiles helps ensure full coverage, mortar transfer, and bond. Grout release can be utilized prior to grouting. Clean with pH neutral tile cleaner
