MaintenanceFor general cleaning of the acoustic board of your TerraMai Acoustic Wall Panels, vacuum the material with a soft, clean brush designed for upholstery, taking care not to scratch the wood slats. In the event of a wet spill, use a clean dry cloth to blot up the spill immediately. This will prevent absorption by the acoustic board. DO NOT RUB THE STAIN. Rubbing the stain can physically change the acoustic board in this area. If a stain is still present, use a mild detergent and clean water. As with any cleaning method, test first in an inconspicuous area. Damage to the acoustic board or wood slats from cleaning procedures is not covered under warranty. To clean with a mild detergent, make a solution of three parts water to one part mild enzyme-based detergent in a clean container. Gently blot with a clean cloth – DO NOT SCRUB. Use clean water and moist paper towels to introduce a little more water into the stain, but do not allow water to run down the panels. Finish by using clean paper towels (dry) to blot until the acoustic board is dry. Note: Too much water on the panels could allow water to saturate behind the slats and cause the wood to warp, twist, or otherwise fail
