If loops or tufts appear above the pile, do not pull them. This is not a defect. It is a common condition called "sprouting." Use a pair scissors to cut the loop or tuft. Do not use oxygen cleaners. Avoid direct sunlight to prevent fading. Vacuum regularly without beater bar. Professionally clean only.
