Construction: Layers of paper are saturated with phenolic resins and fused to a decorative metal surfaces made of either Stainless Steel, Aluminum or Copper. They are pressed under high pressure and 300 deg F temperatures. The monomers and polymers react under these conditions thus polymerizing into a thermoset hard resin system

Installation: Can be sawed, drilled, routed, and fabricated using carbide-tipped cutting tools. Always cut with the decorative surface face up. Cold post-forming and bending can be completed with sheet metal fabrication techniques. Sheet metal brakes and pipe rollers can be used to shape the metal prior to bonding to substrates
Suitable Substrates: Hardwood-faced plywoods. Do not apply directly to plaster, drywall (gypsum board), fiberglass, concrete, softwood fir and/or pine plywood.
