Installation: A mechanical fastening systems is recommended for install. Product is not post-formable. It is not recommended to curve sheets beyond a 2ft radius. Surface cracking or de-lamination may occur. All bending beyond this tolerance must be factory built prior to color/pattern application. Welding is never recommended under any circumstance. The corrugated material can be cut, trimmed and notched using standard woodworking tools with carbide cutting blades.
Suitable Substrates: Use a substrate with a high resistance to dimentional change, such as plywood, high-density particleboard or high-quality fiberboard. To prevent warping in environments where temperatures may fluctuate drastically or high humidity is present, it is recommended to apply an equal strength material to the back of the substrate.
