White mortar is recommended for natural stone.

Installation
Dry Layout Required. Product MUST be installed in accordance with current TCNA Handbook Stone Methods. SHOWER FLOORS: Ardex 100% Solids Epoxy Adhesive White is recommended for installing this product in shower floor applications. See complete install instructions for further details. Note: Individual sheets of this mosaic are not square. Sheets are irregular and combine into a seamless interlocking pattern. Plan your layout accordingly. Dry laying of this product prior to installation is required. Massage joints when blending individual sheets. White mortar is recommended for natural stone. For straight cuts on a tile wet saw clear plastic face tape can be applied to keep the mosaic pieces aligned while cutting. Seal the stone and utilize a grout release prior to grouting
