Installation
Can be machined with typical woodworking tools. Capable of being drilled, milled, sanded, chamfered, polished, and cut. Can be cold formed (minimum radius of 400 mm). Refer to Technical Information Guide for additional information.
Recommended Adhesive
RAUVISIO Flat-Lam PUR, SikaBond® AT universal, or a single component PU hotmelt is recommended.
Suitable Substrates
Wooden substrates, lightweight boards or composite material substrates are suitable. MDF is recommended for a high-quality surface finish. The specially developed balancing sheet is perfectly color-matched to the acrylic sheet. The material thickness of the balancing sheet ensures minimal warpage of the board assembly.
