Cabinet or base must be able to support a minimum of 28 lbs/sqft. Stone working/diamond tooling should be used for cutting, shaping, and polishing. Radius cut-outs are recommended but square cut-outs are permitted as long as saw-cut in corners does not extend beyond the corner. Rodding is to be used on overhangs 6ins or larger, sink fronts, and over dishwashers or other appliance gaps in the substrate. For surfaces installed between walls, a minimum of 0.0625in gap is required at each end. Caulk the gap with a flexible adhesive. Fasten to cabinets or base using dabs of flexible adhesive. Do not rigidly adhere surface to other materials such as wood or steel. Never install using mechanical fasteners. Refer to Installation Instructions for additional information

For routine cleaning, use Murphy’s Oil Soap or any other mild soap or household cleaner and a dish cloth, sponge or white Scotch pad and wipe up spills as they occur. For stubborn or dried on deposits, use a cleaner/polisher like Barkeeper's friend or Bon Ami with a sponge or damp cloth and rub in a circular motion. Bleach, harsh chemicals or abrasives are not recommended. To restore luster, apply a light layer of mineral oil and wipe off excess after application or, use Tenax Tiger Ager and follow instructions on label. No sealer required
