Installation
Dry Layout Required. Product MUST be installed in accordance with current TCNA Handbook Stone Methods. Dry laying of this product prior to installation is required. Note: Individual sheets of this mosaic are not square. Sheets are irregular and combine into a seamless interlocking pattern. Plan your layout accordingly. Tempo is handmade. Expect variation in overall color and surface finish. Black stones are subject to visible scratching. Not suitable for use near heat such as a fireplace or stove top. Tile surface temperature above 170F may cause epoxy to yellow or weaken and metal to delaminate. For the inlaid brass in this mosaic, shine can be restored with Flitz Paste Polish. Protect the stone and test a sample are before applying completely. White mortar is recommended for natural stone. For straight cuts on a tile wet saw, clear plastic face tape can be applied to keep the mosaic pieces aligned while cutting. Seal this natural stone mosaic prior to grouting
