Can be sawed, drilled, routed, and fabricated using carbide-tipped cutting tools. Always cut with the decorative surface face up. Cold post-forming and bending can be completed with sheet metal fabrication techniques. Sheet metal brakes and pipe rollers can be used to shape the metal prior to bonding to substrates
Recommended Adhesive
Conventional contact, PVAc, and rigid-set adhesives (resorcinol) can be used to bond DecoMetal® laminate. Do not use urea adhesives. Do not hot press. Avoid contact adhesive contamination of the metal surface.
